Adam Peterson from Mrkulic BJJ: 2010 PAN AMS BRONZE MEDALIST BLUE BELT ADULT MIDDLEWEIGHT DIVISION

Professor Mike Mrkulic, head instructor at RGDA Montclair/NJ, reports on the achievement of his student Adam Peterson, taking the Bronze Medal at the Blue Belt Adult Middle Weight Division. Via e-mail Mike tells us: "With over 100 competitors from around the World in his division, Adam takes the Bronze medal in the Adult Blue belt Division. We are all tremendously Proud of Adam. This is a HUGE accomplishment in the BJJ World. This makes him one of the best blue belts in the World. And the awesome thing is is Adam has been training in BJJ for 1 year!"

I first met Adam and saw him fight at a Grappler's Quest tournament last year. He fought hard, swept his division, and maintained a great attitude the entire time. I think we can expect to see many more medals around his neck in the years to come. Congratulations, Adam!
